File root = Environment.getExternalStorageDirectory();
                File file = new File(root.getAbsolutePath()+"/DCIM/Camera/img.jpg");

はギャラリーに保存するのが正しいのでしょうか？ 残念ながら、コードは動作しません :(

MediaStore.Images.Media.insertImage(getContentResolver(), yourBitmap, yourTitle , yourDescription);
