[解決済み] vc_runtimeminimum_x86.msi がなく、インストールがうまくいきません。

質問

現在、C++で使用するために、Visual Studio 2017 Community Editionのインストール作業を行っているところです。インストールの途中で、次のようなエラーが発生します。

"使用しようとしている機能は、使用できないネットワークリソース上にあります。OKをクリックして再試行するか、インストールパッケージのあるフォルダの別のパスを入力してください。 vc_runtimeMinimum_x86.msi を下のボックスに入力してください。

キャンセルを押すと、手順が続き、最後にセットアップに失敗したことを告げられます。この記事の下に添付されているエラーログが表示されます。

解決方法は？

コントロールパネル--プログラムと機能から、Visual C++ 2015 再配布の項目をアンインストールしてください。

その後、ツールを実行してください。 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed . VS 2017のインストーラーを管理者として再実行し、「起動」以外のアイコンをクリックして「修復」を選択すると、VS 2017が修復されます。
