質問

既存のテーブルにデータを挿入しようとしているのですが、エラーが出続けています。

私はテーブルにデータを挿入したいのですが、コードは次のとおりです。

解決方法は？

日付の文字列リテラルを置き換えてみてください '1989-12-09' で TO_DATE('1989-12-09','YYYY-MM-DD')
