[解決済み] "OSError "です。OSX 10.11 (El Capitan) に Scrapy をインストールすると、「[Errno 1] Operation not permitted」（システム整合性保護）が発生する。

質問事項

OSX 10.11 (El Capitan)にScrapy Pythonフレームワークをpipでインストールしようとしています。インストールスクリプトは、必要なモジュールをダウンロードし、ある時点で以下のエラーを返します。

OSError: [Errno 1] Operation not permitted: '/tmp/pip-nIfswi-uninstall/System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.7/Extras/lib/python/six-1.4.1-py2.7.egg-info'

OSX10.11でルートレス機能をコマンドで解除してみました。

sudo nvram boot-args="rootless=0";sudo reboot

が、マシンを再起動しても同じエラーが出ます。

私の仲間のStackExchangersから何か手がかりやアイデアがありますか？

また、OS Xのハッキングを始める必要は全くないと思います。

をやって解決できました。

brew install python

新しいEl Capitanに付属しているpython / pipを使用すると、いくつかの問題があるようです。
