[解決済み】エラー「ERROR: pipを使用してdjango-herokuをインストールしようとすると、「Command errored out with exit status 1: python.

質問

pip を使って django-heroku をインストールしようとしているのですが、何度もエラーになります。

HerokuのPythonのバージョンが最新であることを確認するようにという提案を見たことがあります。私はすでにそれを行っています。Heroku masterにプッシュした後、インストールコマンドを実行しましたが、以下のエラーが表示されます。

pip install django-heroku

エラーです。

実行ファイルを含むパッケージを pg_config .
